Game Cancelation Policy:
In-House:
Games may only be canceled by the board. Coaches are not
permitted to cancel their games. Please note that soccer is an all weather sport, and games will be canceled only during
times of extreme weather. The decision to play or cancel is made the morning of the game at least an hour before
the first game is to start. If the games are canceled, HASA will notify the coaches. The coaches are to notify
their team. Please do not call your coach, board members, or so on to check. Your coach will notify
you.
Coaches, if for some reason you feel you absolutely have to cancel, please contact a board member to
discuss other possible solutions before canceling.
Travel: Travel games can only be canceled through the agreement of the presidents of the two clubs involved.
This is a PA West district rule that must be adhered to. Coaches, if you feel you need to cancel or postpone a
match, you must contact the club president.
